Einleitung
Sparky ist dein persönliches Haushaltsbuch für Windows und Android. Du erfasst Einnahmen und Ausgaben, setzt Budgets, verwaltest Abos und verfolgst Sparziele. Alle Daten bleiben lokal auf deinem Gerät — ohne Cloud, ohne Bankverbindung, ohne Abo.
Installation
Android
Lade Sparky aus dem Google Play Store und öffne die App. Es ist kein Konto und keine Anmeldung nötig.
Windows
Lade die Sparky-Installationsdatei von getcarby.app/sparky und folge dem Installer. Bei der Windows-SmartScreen-Meldung auf „Weitere Informationen" → „Trotzdem ausführen" klicken.
Erster Start (Onboarding)
Beim ersten Start führt dich Sparky in sechs Schritten durch die Einrichtung:
Kurze Vorstellung von Sparky.
Wähle, wie Sparky mit dir spricht: seriös, humorvoll, sarkastisch oder lieb.
Optional: Name und monatliches Netto-Einkommen (für den Spar-Coach).
Wähle eine Vorlage: Haushalt, Freelancer, Familie, Student oder Vielreisende.
Lege ein Konto an (z. B. Girokonto) mit optionalem Startguthaben.
„Los geht's" tippen — du landest auf dem Dashboard.
Dashboard
Das Dashboard ist deine Startseite und zeigt den aktuellen Monat auf einen Blick:
- Begrüßung im gewählten Kommunikationsstil, passend zur Tageszeit.
- Ausgaben-Ring: animiertes Ringdiagramm aller Kategorien.
- Einnahmen/Ausgaben-Kacheln in Grün und Rot.
- Restbudget-Balken und Budget-Warnungen bei 80 % bzw. 100 %.
- Letzte Transaktionen — Tippen öffnet die Bearbeitung.
Über die Pfeile oben wechselst du zwischen den Monaten. Mit dem +-Button fügst du eine Transaktion hinzu.
Transaktionen
Im Tab Transaktionen siehst du alle Buchungen, nach Datum gruppiert. Du kannst suchen (Notiz, Kategorie) und nach Typ filtern.
Transaktion hinzufügen
- Betrag eingeben und Typ wählen: Ausgabe, Einnahme oder Transfer.
- Kategorie und Konto wählen, Datum setzen, optional Notiz und Tags.
- Wiederkehrend: Schalter aktivieren und Intervall wählen (täglich/wöchentlich/monatlich/jährlich).
Kategorien & Budgets
Unter Einstellungen → Kategorien verwaltest du deine Kategorien. Jede Kategorie hat ein Icon, eine Farbe und optional ein Monatsbudget.
- Neue Kategorie über den +-Button anlegen.
- Template nachladen über das Symbol oben rechts — es werden nur neue Kategorien hinzugefügt.
- Setze ein Monatsbudget, um Warnungen bei 80 % und 100 % zu erhalten.
Abo-Tracker
Unter Einstellungen → Abos verwaltest du wiederkehrende Zahlungen wie Streaming oder Versicherungen.
- Abo anlegen: Name, Betrag, Intervall und nächstes Fälligkeitsdatum.
- Sparky zeigt die Jahresgesamtkosten pro Abo.
- Am Fälligkeitstag wird automatisch eine Transaktion gebucht (beim App-Start).
Spar-Coach
Der Spar-Coach vergleicht deine realen Ausgaben mit Richtwerten (abhängig von deinem Netto-Einkommen) und zeigt konkretes Einsparpotenzial.
- Einsparpotenzial: z. B. „Bei Freizeit liegen 87 €/Monat drin".
- Sparziele: Ziel anlegen, Einzahlungen erfassen, Fortschritt als Ring sehen.
- Notfall-Fonds: Sparky berechnet 3 Monatsgehälter als Richtwert.
Statistiken
Der Tab Statistik zeigt deine Finanzen visuell:
- Ringdiagramm der Ausgaben nach Kategorie.
- Balkendiagramm Einnahmen vs. Ausgaben über die letzten 6 Monate.
- Aufschlüsselung der Top-Kategorien.
Export
Unter Einstellungen → Daten kannst du deine Daten exportieren:
- CSV-Export: alle Transaktionen für Tabellenkalkulation oder Steuerberater.
- PDF-Monatsauswertung: Zusammenfassung mit Top-Kategorien und Transaktionsliste.
Beide Formate lassen sich direkt teilen (E-Mail, Messenger, Dateien).
Einstellungen
- Kommunikationsstil und Name ändern.
- Sprache (Deutsch/Englisch) und Währung umstellen.
- Kategorien und Abos verwalten.
- Daten exportieren oder die App zurücksetzen.
- Optional eine PIN-/Biometrie-Sperre aktivieren.
Datenschutz
Sparky speichert alle Daten ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät. Es gibt keine Cloud, kein Tracking und keine Bankverbindung. Details findest du in der Datenschutzerklärung.
FAQ
Brauche ich ein Konto?
Nein. Sparky funktioniert ohne Registrierung und ohne E-Mail.
Werden meine Bankdaten ausgelesen?
Nein. Du trägst alles selbst ein — Sparky greift nie auf dein Banking zu.
Kostet Sparky ein Abo?
Nein. Sparky ist ein Einmalkauf (4,99 €) — danach gehört die App dir.
Kann ich meine Daten sichern?
Ja, über den CSV-/PDF-Export. Aktiviere zusätzlich die Geräteverschlüsselung und Backups deines Systems.

Installation
Android
Download Sparky from the Google Play Store and open it. No account or sign-in required.
Windows
Download the Sparky installer from getcarby.app/sparky and follow the setup. On the Windows SmartScreen prompt, click "More info" → "Run anyway".
First Launch (Onboarding)
On first launch, Sparky guides you through setup in six steps:
A short introduction to Sparky.
Choose how Sparky talks to you: serious, funny, sarcastic, or loving.
Optional: name and monthly net income (for the savings coach).
Pick a template: household, freelancer, family, student, or traveler.
Create an account (e.g. checking) with an optional starting balance.
Tap "Let's go" — you land on the dashboard.
Dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen and shows the current month at a glance:
- Greeting in your chosen communication style, matching the time of day.
- Expense ring: animated donut chart of all categories.
- Income/expense tiles in green and red.
- Remaining budget bar and budget warnings at 80 % and 100 %.
- Recent transactions — tap to edit.
Use the arrows at the top to switch months. The + button adds a transaction.
Transactions
The Transactions tab lists all entries grouped by date. You can search (note, category) and filter by type.
Add a transaction
- Enter the amount and choose a type: expense, income, or transfer.
- Pick category and account, set the date, optionally add a note and tags.
- Recurring: enable the toggle and choose an interval (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly).
Categories & Budgets
Under Settings → Categories you manage your categories. Each has an icon, a color, and an optional monthly budget.
- Add a new category with the + button.
- Load a template via the icon at the top right — only new categories are added.
- Set a monthly budget to get warnings at 80 % and 100 %.
Subscription Tracker
Under Settings → Subscriptions you manage recurring payments like streaming or insurance.
- Add a subscription: name, amount, interval, and next due date.
- Sparky shows the yearly total cost per subscription.
- On the due date a transaction is booked automatically (at app start).
Savings Coach
The savings coach compares your real spending against guideline values (based on your net income) and shows concrete saving potential.
- Saving potential: e.g. "Leisure: €87/month possible".
- Savings goals: create a goal, add deposits, see progress as a ring.
- Emergency fund: Sparky calculates 3 months of income as a target.
Statistics
The Statistics tab visualizes your finances:
- Donut chart of expenses by category.
- Bar chart of income vs. expenses over the last 6 months.
- Breakdown of top categories.
Export
Under Settings → Data you can export your data:
- CSV export: all transactions for spreadsheets or your accountant.
- PDF monthly report: summary with top categories and transaction list.
Both formats can be shared directly (email, messenger, files).
Settings
- Change communication style and name.
- Switch language (German/English) and currency.
- Manage categories and subscriptions.
- Export data or reset the app.
- Optionally enable a PIN/biometric lock.
Privacy
Sparky stores all data exclusively on your device. There is no cloud, no tracking, and no bank connection. See the privacy policy for details.
FAQ
Do I need an account?
No. Sparky works without registration and without email.
Does it read my bank data?
No. You enter everything yourself — Sparky never accesses your banking.
Is Sparky a subscription?
No. Sparky is a one-time purchase (€4.99) — then the app is yours.
Can I back up my data?
Yes, via CSV/PDF export. Also enable device encryption and your system backups.
